I must say I initially didn't expect much from this hair. I was in a bind and needed something affordable so I was prepared to handle whatever trouble came with it. But this farrr exceeded my expectations! The bundles are full and very lush. The closure did require some plucking but it wasn't overly poofy and unapealing. It has transparent lace so it didn't require any bleaching. The lengths were as advertised (12,14,16) in its curly state without stretching. Most curly hair comes firm, crunchy, and stale feeling. But this hair is veryyyy soft to the touch which is my favorite quality of this hair. The only con is it does have that factory smell, and it lingered after co-washing. The color is dark brownish so u may have to color it black if you want more of a 1b, but it still blends well with my edges. It does have some frizz but this is expected with curly hair, a little serum remedies that issue. I just made a lace wig so I can't comment on the long term qualities of this hair but, so far I'm veryyy impressed. I will update with pictures later on.UPDATE: I made a wig out of this hair and I have to say, I love it. I've worn it for about 3 weeks now and it hasn't lost its luster or bounce. The only thing I do is co-wash it with organix argan oil conditioner (blue bottle) and it makes it silky and soft. I add some serum and clear gel while its damp to tame the frizz and I'm good to go. The closure doesn't require any bleaching just light tweezing and concealer to blur out the "holes" in the lace and it blends seamlessly. I colored the hair using two boxes of Loreal hi color red with 40v developer for 30 mins and it took the color well. The quality of the hair was not compromised after coloring, it's still just as soft and defined as before. This hair continues to amaze me, hands down the best I ever ordered. Let me get another one for back up purposes just in case y’all buy them all.Although the hair wasn't delivered by the date indicated I still give the product itself 4 stars The hair is very soft had no smell I have no problem with shedding the wefts are full I purchased 12 14 16 inches which gave me big full hair (the look I was going for) all seemed to be true to length ( I didn't measure) I had to end up cutting the 16 it was too long for the style. I would have given the hair 5 stars but the texture of the closure wasn't as nice as the bundles.it needs a little more attention to maintain had the hair installed for a week and I'm still loving it I use pantene curls mousse to maintain the curls but not everyday. I usually don't write reviews but felt the need to write this one because of the time and effort I put into my decision to order from this company I read soooooooo many reviews from many different companies. So conclusion so far I am satisfied and will order again, But if this hair goes hay wire within the next couple of weeks I will repost a updateLooks are absolutely deceiving when it comes to this hair!!! So after searching & searching i came across this hair, i read the reviews & didn’t get many bad reviews so i had decided to give it a chance given the decent price & length of hair. I received my hair March 3rd but didn’t get it installed professionally until May 2nd because i work a lot & the hairstylist i wanted was booked ! But let me tell you this hair is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! After only a week of wearing this hair there has been horrific amount of shedding in chunk loads literally & the hair dries out fast & gets nappy so fast it crazy. Now I’ve worn curly hair for 4 almost 5 years now, i know how to properly take care of & maintain the type of hair. I twist my hair & wear a silk bonnet at night to keep the hair up to pare. In the morning i moisten the hair with a spray with 2parts water & 1 part Cantu curling lotion. & not even that hair product that I’ve used many many times before with previous curly hair installments worked. But this was by far the worst hair I’ve ever bought. & to make things worse the closure became matted. The hair itself is so bad when combed out it looks like a lions mane. & to make things even worse when i washes my hair to try to revamp it with a more expensive conditioner it literally made the hair go straight like literally the hair after boiling in conditioner made the curls go completely away! That’s something Ive never had happen to me. This is absolutely horrible. I wish i didn’t wait so long to get it done life happens & would’ve returned this hair immediately. So please beware when buying this Aweful hair.Love this hair so far! Very affordable, minimum shedding, very curly, even better when wet/damp. I ordered 22, 24, 26 inches + closure and my sew-in is very full. The hair is soft and does not tangle. Out of the box there is a sort of chemical smell so I would recommend using some sort of co-wash before installation. The closure was full and so are the bundles. I would definitely order again.*****UPDATE******Do NOT flat iron at ALL!! I know it says not to do it but I tried it anyway and my hair had a burnt smell for the duration of my sew-in. Which could only mean that the hair is mixed with some type of synthetic. Also it sheds after a while but thats expected. Kept the sew-in in for approximately 3 months and it did last. So my new recommendations is that the hair only be worn in the curly style and don't EVER put heat on it. Also I think this hair is perfect for a wig.
