I am currently bald due to my Stage 4 Melanoma. Loosing my hair to cancer was hard for me. I have naturally curly bright red hair. My whole family is red heads so we stick out. Not only do these wigs look real. Christy is amazing. I have never had the need for wigs before. When I was first diagnosed I ordered a few offline and one looked okay but you could tell it wasn’t my hair and the cap itched everything. So I decided make an investment in yourself screw cancer. I started looking at and ordering high quality wigs. As I said I have no Idea what I’m doing, so I was shocked when I got an email from Amazon from Christy herself. She wanted to double check that I knew I was ordering slightly different colors and sizes in wigs and is that what I wanted!?! I told her my story and how I have no clue when it comes to these and she went above and beyond. She told what size to go with and asked if I wanted her to I could send a pic of me when I had hair and she would tell me what colors were close. She also offered to find me naturally curly hair red wigs like my natural hair. I didn’t end up taking her offer on the curly wigs. But if my hair chooses not to come back permanently I know exactly who I am contacting. Christy made an embarrassing emotional situation so much better. I can’t tell you of anyone else in retail I have encountered that has gone so beyond without even being asked!!
